SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders will go out with priority mail, unless stated otherwise. Rod shipments vary depending on pricing at the shipping hub. You will be notified via tracking which carrier your rod is being shipped by. I charge a flat rate for the contiguous 48 states. I do ship to Canada, and the flat rate is $20.


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are refunds are accepted. The item must be shipped back, unopened and un-used. Once the items are returned, a full refund will be processed. If you feel you have made an error in your purchase, or have received the wrong item(s), please send an email to info@dragoncustomtackle.com and provide details. You will then be emailed a pre-paid label to return the incorrect items. Once the incorrect items have been received, the correct ones will be sent within 48 hours. If any special circumstances arise, buyer will be notified. 

Warranty

All rods fall under warranty and replacement. Your rod will use the warranty provided by the blank manufacturer, as well as a Dragon Custom Tackle warranty. The buyer will need to pay to ship the rod to DCT, and the damaged will be assessed. You will be charged for the blank replacement if applicable. Once the damaged rod has arrived, the blank warranty will be processed. If you are sending the custom rod in for warranty repairs on guides, you will be charged for the guide(s), as well as labor. Each guide will cost the retail value of the guide itself. An invoice will be drawn up, and sent to you prior to replacement.
